well, i already follow a vegan diet, which is awesome. but that doesn’t automatically mean you eat healthy. i try to stay away from junk foods, fast food. i try to watch the calories throughout the day. i like to work on small healthier changes one at a time. such as, instead of eating a regular bag of chips when i want some junk at work, i’ll go for the baked lays. saving over 100 calories a bag! just things like that. we usually have pretty big dinners at home so i try to take in as little calories during the day, and drink at least a liter of water. no pops or juice! but when i really, really want something bad for me, i’ll eat it! gotta indulge sometimes! just don’t get overboard!

You ever hear about those baked chips causing “anal seepage”? Just sayin’. I feel like everyone should just eat what I eat because I can’t stop losing weight and it’s annoying.
